重磅阵容丨2021世界人工智能大会法治青年论坛演讲嘉宾：胡凌

为加强智慧法治前瞻性研究，帮助包括智慧法治研究方向在内的青年法学法律人才脱颖而出，推动智慧法治研究学术生态建设，以“智慧法治”为主题的2021世界人工智能大会法治青年论坛将于2021年7月9日下午在上海世博中心蓝厅举办。

隆重介绍我们邀请的9位人工智能法治研究领域的青年精英，他们将在现场发表精彩演讲，分享脑机结合、情感计算、数据信托、数字孪生、可信算法等前沿话题的最新研究成果，其中多个原创学术内容系全球首发。

胡凌  Hu Ling北京大学法学院副教授Associate Professor, Peking University Law School

胡凌，北京大学法学院副教授，曾任上海财经大学法学院副院长。北京大学法学院学士、硕士，香港大学法学院博士（Ph.D）。兼任中国法学会比较法学研究会理事，上海市法学会外国法与比较法研究会副会长，上海市杨浦区法学会常务理事。在《法商研究》、《中外法学》、《东方法学》、《法学家》、China Quarterly等中外刊物发表学术论文60余篇，出版《探寻网络法的政治经济起源》（2016）。他的研究兴趣是法律理论与网络法，主要研究集中在从政治经济角度观察和解释互联网如何成为一种以信息技术为媒介的生产方式，从而形成全新的生产组织和生产关系，推动生产要素流动性，并最终要求作为上层建筑的法律进行相应调整，促进生产力和创新的提升。

HU Ling is an associate professor of Peking University Law School. He used to serve as Vice Dean in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Law School. He holds degrees of LL.B (Peking University), LL.M (Peking University) and Ph.D (University of Hong Kong). He also serves as a member of Research Association of Comparative Law, Vice President of Research Association of Foreign Law and Comparative Law in Shanghai and standing member of Law Association of Yangpu District in Shanghai. He publishes more than 60 academic articles in both domestic and international journals and a book titled In Search of Political Economic Origins of Cyberlaw in China (2016). Professor HU’s research interest is legal theory and cyberlaw, particularly focusing on how to understand the Internet as a kind of new mode of production by means of information technology, so as to form a new kind of organization and relationship of production, improving free flow of productive resources and requiring the legal system to adjust accordingly.
